Offsite servicing

We believe in service integrity. During your service with us, we ensure that no parts is changed without your permission or knowledge. Additional charges applies for hardware/software fixing.
When you handover your PC/Laptop to us:
- Diagnose of computer hardware/software problems, or recommendation of upgrade.
- iT computer essentials CD, includes free legal license of essential computer programs
- 2 weeks technical support for hardware/software that is fixed by us.
Software Charges
Clean format of windows (XP, Vista) Customer will need to provide the CD key, else it will be a unactivated copy. We do not support software piracy.S$20.00
Installation of Programs
S$2.00 per program
Backing up of data before formatting
S$5.00 first 1GB and below
thereafter S$0.10/100MB
Hardware Charges
In the event where your computer needs to have its hardware replace/new install, we would recommend the price for the replacement/installation. This price will include the parts, labour and return trip involved.
Should the customer disagree with the price, they are welcome to purchase their own hardware, and have it installed by us at a small price. Charges of S$15.00 return trip apply. However, we are not responsible for its compabaility. Otherwise, they can install the hardware themselves.
