Direct Distributor Warranty

The facts- Singapore do not have any service center of the china branded players like Onda, Ramos and Ainol. To ensure our customers get genuine parts and service from these brands, iTshock recommend the players to be ship to overseas service center for servicing.

We believe in quality after sale service. Unlike any other local forum or blogspot sellers, we offer you free return shipment warranty. This works by sending overseas for servicing at your own cost. Return shipment from the overseas service centre will be bear by us.

iTshock do not increase the price of the player to provide you with a "1 year local warranty". These local warranties may still require you to wait while they send them overseas for servicing. And you paid S$30 or more extra (The 1 year local warranty)for a forward shipment of your player, while in iTshock, it cost less than S$15* to send a player overseas.

We also do not decrease our price and simply put direct distributor warranty for marketing purpose. We believe in providing you a warranty you can use to protect your investment.

If you player works well, the amount you save is enough to buy a 8GB memory card.

This limited warranty does NOT cover the followings:

  • Physical/Cosmetic damaged.
  • Dead Pixel/ Bright Dot less than 3 faulty pixel.
  • Dust in screen (May arise due to manufacturing Q/C) or improper care.
  • Burnt
  • Battery burnt/ spoilt as due to overcharge or 3rd party charging device.
  • Any acts of god as due to nature or human actions, including water contact with the device.
  • Firmware faults eg: Hang, Lags and improper display of message
  • Unable to boot up due to upgrading of firmware.

We cover all products sold which is not in an usable condition due to manufacturing only.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The player is purchase from iTshop/iTshock.
  2. You have registered the player within 7 days of purchase.
  3. Received a receipt from us upon payment.

Our players is covered by a 1 year limited warranty by the respective manufacturers. As most of our players do not have a service center locally, you can only send the player to overseas service centre for repair.

To repair your player, you can either

  1. Pass to your friend, or when you are on a trip to Hong Kong/ China go down to the respective service center to service it.
  2. Or, send the player overseas using registered mail (Cost less than S$15* per player). By sending to the designated address in our receipt, our team will help you send it for repair. Once the repair is done, we will send the player back to you.

iTshock customer enjoys free return shipment. You only need to pay for one way shipment to our overseas pickup address.

For option "2", the shipping address is printed on the receipt. Please label your mail with:

  • Product from "itshock.blogspot.com"
  • Your name:
  • Contact number:
  • Return Address:
  • Fault of the player that needs repair:

Please note down the registered mail tracking code. You need this information to check if your player is being received by our overseas team. Please email us to check on your status.

*Depending on the weight of the player, if too many bubble wrap or shock absorb material is used, higher charges may applies.

Sending the item overseas involves the risk of missing, breakage or any forms of damaged due to shipping. iT shop shall not be held responsible for these issues.
