iT Services Policy

iT services hereby states that:

  1. We will refund, all payment made to iT shock in the event that the problem cannot be resolved as due to our inability to fix the problem. This does not includes situation where replacement parts need to be purchase and customer refuse to accept the work out amount.
  2. In the event where hardware replacement is needed, we will try our best to get it fix within a short time frame of 1 week. Computer/Laptop may be required to be bring back for speedy services.
  3. During clean format of computer/laptop, customer will have to ensure that all its data is backup. iT services will not be responsible for any loss of data as due to formatting. There might be times where during formatting, the hardware then show symptoms of hardware failure, iT services will not be responsible for this situation.
  4. We believes in service integrity, in the event where your equipment is left with us for further trouble shooting, we will report all hardware changes made to your equipment.
  5. Customers will need to provide relevent information to us before we proceed down to service your computer. In the event that the problem can be easily resolved by mail, we do not charge anyone for this service.
  6. We do not repair laptops. We will only help to upgrade parts that is define upgradable by vendor. eg: Harddisk, Ram.

All the above are subjected to changes on a case by case basis. Customers will need to accept the above mention policy before any work is made on the service computer.
