Why iTshock do not provide full 1 year local warranty service?

Yes we are. However, our local shop warranty package allows you to purchase up to 1 month local warranty. This service is only available at the point of purchase. You click find out more here.

How do i know if my player qualifies for the warranty services?

All players sold by iTshock carries a 1 year limited warranty by our distributor. Please read "Warranty for Rmvb Players" for details.

How can i protect my purchase? This is a webshop!

There are many concerns about buying through a webshop. However, we iTshock is determine to bring the best value to you and will be strong and alive! As our players are imported overseas. We have an agreement with our overseas distributor to honour the warranty for our players. Unless the service center of the player closed down. If not your player warranty will still continue even without iTshock.

How safe is it to send my player overseas for servicing?

100% safe. Once you have sent your player using registered mail, you can come to us to check your status of your player. However, users may send to the wrong address or players is being damaged during the shipping. If you are unsure, please approach us for details. We also provide services that send your player for repair at a low cost rate.
