Payment Matters
There are a few concerns about upfront payment. Below will be a more detailed explanation on how it works.
Paypal payment system is widely use in the world. iT shop provides direct payment for some of its product, including all media players, and some IT products.
You do not need to signup for a Paypal account to make the purchase.
To purchase any item from us.
Simply click on the "add to cart" button and paypal will direct you to make the payment. This payment can be made using credit/debit cards (without the need to sign up for paypal), or using your own paypal account. Alternatively, user can use bank transfer to make the payment. Please email or contact us for details.
To promote the use of the "Add to cart" system, iTshock will absorb the charges impose by Paypal.

Payment using Paypal Credit/Debit Card
- Click on "Add to Cart" on the item/s you wish to purchase.
- You will see the paypal main page.
- You DO NOT need to sign up a paypal account to pay by credit/debit card (Visa/ Master)
- At the bottom left corner there is an option for payment using these credit card.
- Please indicate your delivery address with Paypal. Should you enter a wrong address do notify us immediately.
- Once the payment is made paypal will issue you receipt to the email you provided.
- Once we receive the order, we will process with the order and a notify mail will be sent out to you once the order is made.
Payment using Bank Transfer
- Email it.shocksales@gmail.com , include your name, contact number and home address. Follow by the player you wish to purchase and quantity.
Once we confirmed your stock, use may transfer the money to the following bank accounts.

UOB Saving Acc: 371-301-150-7
We will only send out the orders once the payment is confirm. Therefore, you may want to use intra-bank transfer for fast deal. (Eg: DBS to DBS, UOB to UOB). Inter-bank transfer (DBS to UOB) will required 2 to 3 working days to be effective.
Delivery Matters
Once all payment have been received, we will sent out the order using registered mail (for PMP) or Normal mail (Non PMP products) depending on the product. Customer is required to wait 5 to 8 working days for registered mail and 1 to 2 working days for normal mail product to arrive.
We do provide options for customer to do a self collection, or mail delivery. In the event of failed mail delivery(Normal Mail), iTshock shall holds no responsibility over this issue. For items that is not listed with free registered mail option, customer may choose to change to registered mail delivery at their own cost. For registered mail, we will contact the post office should the mail failed to arrive. (Updated 6th Aug 09)
