Purchase of local warranty (PMP players)

As of 16 Jun 2009, All our PMPs warranty will be covered directly by distributor/vendor.

To provide a better service and greater confidence to our customer, iTshock is providing a shop warranty purchase. From 16 Jun 2009, for all Pmp orders, customer can opt for a 2 weeks or 1 month shop warranty package.

This package will includes,

1. Free sending of player overseas for repair job.
2. Troubleshoot and identifying faults for repair, before the shipment overseas.
3. Email updates for firmware upgrading.
4. Email Technical Support (2 Business day reply).
