Dear all, if you do not receive any reply from me, please try to send again, i have clear out all emails due to huge in flow of spam and warranty claim that is not from iTshock. Do note that till date iTshock only sell players in Singapore and Germany. If you do not purchase your player from us, you are looking at the wrong service center. For genuine claim, the contact information and address is given in each email reply. With effect of Dec 2009, iTshock no longer handles warranty claim locally, BUT all claims can still be done through the email and address indicated in the receipt.
